Flickering headlights

Question type: General

My 2005 town and country needed a new battery
so I bought one two weeks ago.Ever since my
headlights flicker when on at night and I had the
battery tested and the alternator and they both
passed.could this have something to do with
electrical.Any positive feedback is greatly
appreciated.
