Radiator cooling fan does not work

First thing to do is check the fuses and relays associated with the fans. Then, unplug the fan itself and put 12 volts to it and see if they work. If they work that way, then check the coolant temp sensor. It is the 2 wire sensor in the block. Unplug it and jumper wire between the contacts. If the fans come on, it is the problem.

its usually the fan relay that is bad it is riveted on the steel bumper support in front of the radiator (see the pic I added) you will have to remove the upper part of the bumper fascia to gain access to test and replace it (1 - FRONT FASCIA 2 - FAN RELAY 3 - RIVET 4 - A/C CONDENSER (FRONT SIDE)
