why does my 2003 chrysler town & country van run for 20 - 30 minutes and cut off

Asked by zzimt Mar 19, 2015 at 09:37 PM about the 2003 Chrysler Town & Country LXi LWB FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my 2003 chrysler van runs for 20 to 30 minutes and cuts off. After it cools it will crank and run another 20-30 minutes. I've replaced the fuel pump and filter, crank and cam sensor, and bypassed the catalytic converter.  note., when I put on a new cam sensor ii runs rough, but when I put the old one on it runs fine for 20-30 minutes and cut off.
