Every time I turn my van off and go to start
in morning the battery is dead. I had
altorater and it started. But when it happens
my windshield wipers always be up half way

You could have a dead cell in the battery itself. You may have 12 volts from the battery, but if one of the cells are dead you won't have the cranking amps needed to start the car.
