Front blower fan on my 02 town and country only runs at the max speed setting

The front blower runs only at the highest speed setting and will not work at any other lower
ones.

Blower motor resister is out. easy repair. Watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AS2mVNV2NFk

you don't really need to disconnect the negative terminal to the battery. Just make sure the you have the fan turned completely off when you switch them out.

This was really helpful. Thanks. Took me about 15 minutes to replace and the blower fan settings work.
