Why is it hard to shift into gear

Hard to shift into gear.  Cold it is
not real hard but the hotter it gets
the harder is is to shift.

if its a manual look at the cable that goes to the top of the gearbox it has a bush x2 that must be made out of american gum. dont go to your dealer as they will want too much, find a cable maker and get him to make 2 new bushes
