The diagram is for hvac, if you fix one component, it may or may not fix the other? See the compressor relay, unplug the relay, the relay has two sides, the load side, left side at the relay in in diagram. Use a test light at terminal 30 cavity, key on, is it hot? That circuit is fused protected and goes hot with key on, hvac/heater fuse, I believe 25 amp. If it is hot, use jumper wire between cavities 30 and 87, the compressor clutch should engage, you may be able to see it engage or hear it. You don't need to start vehicle, but, you need the key on. If it engages, then check control side of compressor relay, right side in diagram, the top wire is voltage and as you can see, fuse protected. The bottom wire is ground, in the diagram and is grounded by ecm, as you can see. The control side needs voltage and ground or the relay won't energize. You have to be sure it is full of refrigerant. There could be a pressure sensor or switch that can cause problems? The compressor and or clutch, could be faulty? I believe I have given you enough info to do some testing and hopefully fix it. Some people like to do testing, you know voltage and ground circuits, some, don't want no part of testing. good luck
