Faulty Pricing

Asked by GuruLRYTG May 05, 2019 at 05:57 AM about the 2007 Porsche Boxster Base

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

The car dealer I am trying to fairly buy a car
from CarGurus suggested listing is is quoting
KBB Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) prices.
When in fact the car is being sold at “As Is -
no warranty”. The difference in price is about
$5,000. The used car company is not a
manufacturer dealer and is not advertised as
CPO in CarGurus ad or stated up front by the
used car dealer. I asked the dealer why and
they are ignoring me.
