Remotes won't unlock doors

Remotes won't unlock or lock doors. Have tried the reactivate described in manual.
Batteries are good.Both keys affected.LED's flash

I had the same problem. Took me a few attempts to reactivate, but it did work in the end. Bear in mind if the key buttons were pressed more than 256 times without activating car, then Porsche will need to reactivate them. If more than 512 times, they are permanently bricked.
