This seems to be common, for mine the first thing I did was take the cover off under the passenger side dash, a few screws released the actual blower motor and cleaned it out with an air compressor, that seemed to help for a while (few months I think) after the problem returned I ended up looking more in depth and seen the brushes we no longer connecting all the time as they had worn. I readjusted the springs to make up for the wear and it's been working great ever since (about 10 months) I know the replacement is inevitable but it's a $500 part new from Suzuki and I searched high and low at other parts places and no one else carries it. Hope this helps!
