07 MURANO with rattling/knocking and trail of white smoke.

shop replaced plugs and ignition coils a year ago, wouldnt they have seen
this?

All three of your symptoms tell me you have an engine problem possibly a blown headgasket. So no they wouldn’t have caught that.

A lot can happen in a year! Your symptoms sound like a blown head gasket. Not at all related to the tune up. Especially when it was done a year ago. Hope that helps! Jim

Headgaskt trade it in for something else, headgaskts on this will exceed its value. Just sayin
