Why do my hazards come on with the turn signals

Ok I need help desperately my radio to my 2007 Pontiac G6 keeps saying on the radio adj hour/minute and keeps beeping and won't shut off when the car is off and I have to unhook my car battery so it doesnt go dead and I tried seating the clock and it keeps going back to saying adj hour / minute and beeping on me and won't let me eject no CD from it or bring up nothing else and it wouldn't play the radio at first when it first started doing this and now the radio will play but only two radio station come in so can some one help me please here is my email address hughesfelicia34@gmail.com email le of you can help me out or call me please 5138165264 please and thanks
