How can I increase horsepower and torque on a 2007 Mazda 3 grand touring hatchback 2.3L (it's not the speed3)

Just trying to figure out what I can do to my car to
make it quicker and how much a 2.3L engine can
make for horsepower and torque?

Spend the money on a turbo, injectors, intercooler, forged internals etc. Going to be from 3500-5000 dollars. Other than that - Get a new car that goes faster. No intake, exhaust or anything is going to make it faster. Has to have more fuel, more air to do anything more than stock.
