if there's a rear glass antenna there might be a little plug you can disconnect at the top , that might help , or see a pro car stereo shop they can be helpful

Would thst plug be on the back door under the molding??? The top of what exactly??

On my car it's at the top of the glass by the molding , it looks a 9V battery connection , not sure what you have exactly , just a suggestion ,

By the molding or under cause on my 07 magnum the molding covers all the edges if the window?

you don't want to pull moldings off for no reason , is it the original radio or a replacement ? if there's no antenna in the rear window then forget it , there's interference for some reason , newer technology shouldn't have that problem , see the pros they aren't cheap but what is these days

No its the original stero....that's why I font get it... last winter ir worked fine then a few weeks back we had a summer fog.. which made me use the rear defrost button wick cause me to notice that when I press it the am and fm radio goes completely static.....????
