Won't crank over what can o do to solve this problem?

changed ignition out in 2007 Dodge Magnum now
it won't start solid "Red"  light is lit and I'm not sure
what's the prob?

What is the Red light indicating? Trouble lights are spelled out in the owners manual. Is it the anti theft light?
