Crank no start

Asked by Jkent15 Sep 28, 2019 at 10:16 PM about the 2007 Volkswagen Passat 2.0T Wagon

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 07 Passat won’t turn over a week after having
the fuel pump replaced by the dealer. I have
replaced the battery a month ago. I have tried to
jump it as well as cycle through to reset the anti
theft system and nothing seems to work. All the
dash lights work as well as the power
locks/windows. As I try to turn it over I just get a
click click.

It sounds like the battery is weak. Even if the battery is new, if the car isn't driven regularly, the battery will drain.
