Muffler for 2006 Lucerne CXS

Anyone found a muffler that can replace just the muffler on the all in one
exhaust system?  I can cut it off and replace, just need to find one that fits.  
Any help is appreciated as I do not want to replace the entire system as it is
still like new minus the mufflers.

After 3 auto parts stores and hours of searching the internet I found no standard muffler listing for a 2006 Lucerne CXS with the 4.6 Northstar engine. I decided to look at a 2006 Cadillac DTS because it has the same engine, and found AP brand muffler 700374. It's 1" longer than stock but with the length you loose cutting the old muffler out it worked really good.
