Does a 2003 chrysler town and country have more than one fuse box

My van suddenly did not start. We trouble shot it, checked all the fuses. There is no power getting to the starter. I don't know if there is an additional fuse box.

Under the hood you should have a box with fuses and relay switches. If they are numbered, the starter relay switch is #86.
