Right rear wheel rubbing inner wheel well

What would make my right rear tire rub against my wheel
welland my strut And when I hit a bump it makes a noise
and it wants to make the back of a car kicks to the right a
little bit  And it gets squirrelly in the bag when I drive what
would cause that?

Well, unless all the lug nuts are loose on that wheel I would check the wheel hub for any play, also check your suspension components on the right rear. It could also be the axle.

Possible damaged or sagging rear suspension. Are your tires the wrong size?

The swaying and getting squirrely is a good sign you bent a strut or other suspension component. Take it to an alignment shop for an evaluation. (Whatever shop you do take it to, make sure they can do alignments, or you'll be spending more money taking to from one shop to another.)
