   I have a 2006 Subaru Forester that came with the
ej25 non turbo single overhead cam . my question
is well the ej25 dual overhead cam turbo engine sit
down and bolt up

It may bolt up but that is just the beginning of your troubles. You would need to install the complete engine system with the wiring harness, turbo and exhaust system, intake system and the ECU. Not really worth is for a 12 year old car.

If you really want to do this buy a turbo Forester as a donor car so that you will have all the parts you need.
