MY ELDERLY FRIEND HAS HAD A STROKE AND I AM LISTING AND SELLING
HIS CAR FOR HIM. HIS NAME AND HIS WIFE'S NAME IS ON THE TITLE, BUT
I AM THE GURU ACCOUNT HOLDER? PLEASE ADVISE.
