Listed Car Not Showing Up on Site

My car shows up in listings but not on web site.  I have tried everything.  Even canceled listing and tried to relist, but site says VIN is listed, but it is not.  How do I cancel eveything and start over?

Uhh, you have no car for sale listed on here. Use the "help" or "contact us" button at the very bottom of the page. Listing issues are not handled on the forum.
