Question type: Maintenance & Repair

About 2 months ago I went to open my rear
door and it wouldn’t budge. The window still
works but not the door. I do not have auto
close/open rear door. The handle just has a
soft button and you push and pull door open
like it’s a normal handle.
My husband said the motor went out but i
dont know how to fix that. The window
button on the back by the license plate works
but not the door.

It’s not a handle that you pull though it’s just a button under the handle that I push then pull open the door
