Replace a catalytic converter in a 2007 freestar van

Asked by Fordguy6666 May 08, 2020 at 03:54 PM about the 2007 Ford Freestar SE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Trying to get an estimate on fixing a catalytic converter on a 2007 Ford Freestar. The vehicle has 180k+ miles so dumping a lot of money into it isnt really an option. Never had any engine problems to this point.
Looking around on line it seems like the converter parts are around $500 but I cant seem to find an estimate for the cost of labor.
Anyone have a ball park figure?
