No start no fire

Why isn't my coil pack on 07 f150 4.2 only showing
voltage on the main power wire but not the other 3

does it have the 2 seperate coil packs on each side? it could just be a bad coil pack.. unless you have already replaced that

I am pretty sure those other wires are there to trigger the spark. Unless the engine is running you would not see a signal at those wires.
