I have a 2002 Saturn SL two and I am dealing with
an issue of it the car will start run for a few seconds
sputter Then die what could be the problem

Check out this company called New Rockies. There is a lot of info on the website about GM security failure. This may be your issue. When the system fails, the vehicle will start for 2-3 seconds then shut down the injectors because it believes you are using an incorrect key. Very common on GM vehicles.
