Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Saturn sl2 Dohc 1.9L and the dipstick
is a milkshake and I drained it and put new water
and  was about to fill it with new oil but didn't and I
pulled the plug and it was filled of water so drained
that and kept the plug out and poured water in the
pressure tank that is on the passenger side and it
just poured in topped off and without it started
runs right into the oil pan help

Blown head gasket, cracked head, cracked block are the likely causes.

Had the head gasket replaced but they didn't send the head out to get looked at
