can a head gasket still be bad if i dont see it with the naked eye 2000 1.9 saturn dohc

the car sat from 2009 i already put fuel pump and filter in it new brakes all around new
tires and an alternator after putting alt in i let it run for 10 min when i shut it down it
started leaking anti freeze so i took the head off and took gasket out gasket looks good
to the naked eye could it still be the head gasket or something else

Some time,s when gasket is fine,it can be the head warped,causing the leak.
