the drivers window suddenly stopped, working

I have had trouble with the drivers window, on and off, usually weather related, heat-- yesterday it stopped mid stream 1/2 way up. I checked the fuses, could it be the switch or drive motor??

Sounds like either the switch, motor, or the plastic piece that is used to link the regulator arm to the window track. They can crack and cause the window not to travel up and down when motor is operated.
I got a 01sc2, same thing happened to me, mine was dust or whatever that got into the switch. I blew compressed air into the switch and also blew in electrical contact cleaner. It works now
