Brand new battery  sept 2017.
Drove car all winter  never a
problem starting   now I turn key
on and everything works but won't
turn over. Cleaned all ends and
tried jumping it. Nothing. When I
turn key to start I hear a click over
by glove box in the dash   ????

+from what you say tells me that the starter or the starter solenoid at the starter disconnected or failed , you may get a few starts by hammering on the starter with a small hammer to shake the motor brushes some to make them connect with the motor armature

the click you hear is probably the starter relay for carrying the currant to the solenoid of the thin wire that in turn causes the solenoid to slam ,connecting the large battery wire cable and heavy currant to the starter motor
