How many hours does it take to replace a engine in
a 1999 Saturn Sc2 1.9 dual overhead cam with

It depends if the tech or person replacing the engine knows the brand well, how good of a tech is the person. Do they have the right tools, such as a lift. Taking that all into account I would put it at around 10 hours...
