Why wont my 98 Saturn sl2 start

I have a 98 Saturn sl2 and earlier it was running just fine
never had this problem before but now it wont start or even
make a noise when I bought the car I had to by a blinker
assembly it was working just fine until today it wont do
anything the battery is good and the alternator is good
please help

do you have any thing when you try to start your sl2 as in a clicking sound and/or the headlights going dime when the key is put to the start point ? if if so you may need a starter itself
