Engine swap stick to automatic/ both same car

I have two 1995 Saturn SL2 that are pretty much
identical except for one is electric on the inside
and is a automatic and one is not electric and is a
standard/stick. I want to take the motor out of the
stick and put it into the vehicle that is an automatic
. How much of a problem would that be if any or
can I just slide it right in.? Both are double
overhead cam. I really need to know if I can make
this work.

Oh and of course as you probably already know it is a 1.9 liter double overhead cam both cars.

There is no difference in the motors unless you were swapping dual and single cam motors (would need to change the ECU with the motor) or OBD1 and OBD2 motors (would need to swap all the sensors). Same engine from same year is direct change, nothing extra needed.
