Turbo and supercharger together

I want to be the first to put a supercharger and
turbo together on a 1.9 Saturn Twin Cam I know it's
a Saturn but someone told me it was impossible
and it won't work I like challenges and I like to be
that different

It is very possible to supercharge and turbocharge any engine that requires fuel air and spark to run. In your case, the cost to do this will offset the value of your vehicle incredibly and you would never see a good return on your money spent for what was invested.
