cant go faster than 5mph

driving on freeway around 70 miles hit a small grade which ive drove before got to the top and rpm and speed dropped like i lost power or out of gas truck stayed on didnt turn off but couldnt go over 5mph after that rpm where fine to 2 no extra rev on engine.. can u help
