1995 chevy 1500 wont start after changing fuel pump and fuel filter

Same as any no start situation , check for proper spark , fuel pressure , injector pulse , check for good ground at fuel pump and good connections on all other wires . There may be relays possibly more than one . Something else may have gone wrong by pure coincidence .
