I have a gasoline leak near the gas tank. The mechanic dropped the tank, 'smoke' tested it, put it under pressure. Put it back together, took it for a test drive -- and it's leaking again. Any idea

It's definitely the fuel tank sending unit on top of the tank. One of the pressure lines is cracked. I've seen many of these on Saturn L series vehicle. Bill Kitt Automotive Technology Instructor ASE Master-L-1
