Check engine light

Asked by Velvet Apr 22, 2016 at 09:31 PM about the 2000 Saturn L-Series 4 Dr LS2 Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I purchased a 2000 Saturn LS2 yesterday,
and today as I was driving, my rpms went
up to 5. I let off the gas, and lightly
accelerated. I briefly lost acceleration and
blew out a large cloud of white smoke. My
check engine lights came on. I then babied
it to my job and put it on the code reader. It
gave me engine misfiring on cylinders 1, 2, 3
and 5. What could this be?
