In the coolant reservoir? That means your transmission cooler that is part of the radiator failed and transmission fluid is mixing with the coolant. The fix is to not drive it anymore and flush the transmission fluid ASAP. If you are doing it yourself, drain and fill the transmission at least 3 times. Then flush the coolant system, and replace the radiator. In some cases, the transmission is never the same as the water swells the transmission clutch plates, requiring a rebuild.
