blower motor seal replacement

I have a 06 kia spectra5 that is leaking water on the passenger side behind the
glove compartment. I check the blower while leaking and it seems like is
coming from the blower motor seal. can you help me by providing info on how
to fix this or to replace motor seal,

I think its your heater core

may be the water drain from your aircondition
