Signals not working

I hit the bottom of my bumper on my Kia forte
pretty hard when I was going onto the road from a
steep exit and now both of my signals don't work in
the front did I damage the lights, wiring or somethi

Someone will have to look and see what is damaged. I would start by checking the bulbs.
