Chevy tahoe heater issues

I have a 1996 chevy tahoe 2 door. I have
replaced the blower motor, blower motor
resister, and heater core because they
were damaged. Now when it try to use the
heater on the lower two settings I hear a
faint whiny noise and get almost no air
coming out. It will blow fine on the two
higher settings. Also it never really blows
hot air, any ideas?

Had this happen on my 96 chevy pickup. Replaced fan switch on dash.Easy fix.This is a common failure.
