why does my truck lose power shortly after driving in rain?

When I scan I get code indicating #6 cylinder misfire. I recently replaced spark plug wires but it still does it. I look for any sign of moisture near plug and coil but they are dry. The truck has aprox. 175000 miles and runs great when on dry road.
