I needs clips to attach back bumper securely
to car, which do I buy? Also, the side of car is
missing the lower portion long plastic piece
on passenger side, what is that called and
how much would that be.

I suggest you find a Paint and Body supply shop that caters to the needs of car body repair professionals. They should be able to order all you need.

Since your car is upside down it may take a lot of repairs. ;)
