2007 Buick rendezvous

My fuel pump sometimes surges and sometimes not I have
had the fuel pump replaced 3 times within a month and a
half. New wireharness and was running fine for the last 4
weeks now all of a sudden my new fuel pump doesn't want
to surge. Got it to surge one time before it powered off.

It shouldnt b ''surging"? Did someone take a pressure test? Start there and compare to stats.
