It's a 2007 s550 Mercedes Benz
The battery light comes on so my way to
get battery. Then the control media dash
says start engine i'm about to go off. So
now no radio no navigation the whole display
dash went black. And how do I install the
battery where is it located

Sounds like the Auxiliary battery has failed. The primary battery which is under the hood, does really do much except start the car.

It's a fairly new Benz! why not get one of those expensive German mechanics, you know the guy with the immaculate white jumpsuit with the 3-pointed star on the sleeve and his name, "Rudy" or "Gerhard" on his chest- ?
