Vehicle Start but no crank after swapping engines?

Jus got a engine replaced in my vehicle and now it dont
wanna turn over... Do i need to get the computer
reprogrammed, ive changed cranks, camshafts, relays and
still the same thing... Now wen i changed the spark plugs
they were wet and not getting to spark...

If you used the ECM from the donor car it may not respond to the original key chip . But there could be many reasons why there's no spark .
