Acura TL 3rd Generation HFL not working

Acura TL 2007
Phone Controls not working.  
No voice response or beeps when steering wheel phone buttons are pressed
(circled in blue)
Blue Tooth not connecting.
Navigation Buttons beep and respond to voice commands (circled in white.)
So factory equipment with microphone appears to be working.
Steering will buttons do not light up either.
Seems like there is an electrical issue.
Is there a fuse to reset/replace or a loose wire?
or am i totally off?

Hey TL guy. Hope you can help me. I was pairing my phone and now the display just says ‘pairing’ and my 4 digit code. Can’t back out of it with the buttons on the wheel or dash. Weird thing is the display will stay on with that message even after I pull the keys out. I’m worried that its draining the battery
