Hesitation when going any speed

I have a 2004 buck regal gs but anyhow when I'm
going any speed then give it some more gas my
car hesitates or bogs ( fall on it's face ) , it also
seems like my car doesn't know how to downshift I
have know idea what  it could be . I recently
replaced my o2 sensors and it's has not catalytic
converter on it .

Check your throttle position sensor, MAFS, and fuel pressure.
