2000 park avenue no start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

security light flashes, no other lights on dash come on.no power at obdII conn ,all fuses and grounds are good ,flashers work but not turn signals.not a digital dash.
turn key nothing at all no check engine light no abs or brake light either plz help

Shorted battery or Bad battery connections to ground Good Luck

Sounds like a bad ignition lock switch if you have the key that has the resistor .You can replace it. I have heard they can be bypassed. If you wire the proper resistor into the jumper.
